  • User story names should start with the user that it affects
  • Rest of story name should be short description of action or aspect to be built.
  • Tech/DB stories have separate naming convention

Story Name: Select “Create an account”
Story Narrative: As a Doctor, I would like to select “Create an account”, to initiate the enrollment.

Acceptance Criteria:
  1. Option to select “Create an account” from the Welcome Page [refer to annotated UI to where the option should be displayed].
  2. When “Create an account” is selected, the system must display the create an account landing screen with options to select “Doctor”, “Non-Doctor”, and Cancel and Continue buttons.
  3. Refer to the annotated UI “account landing screen” for screen design and layout.

Story Name: Doctor Personal Information Screen
Story Narrative: As a Doctor, I would like a personal information screen, so I can enter my details.
Acceptance Criteria:

  1. When a user selects “Doctor” account and clicks continue, the system must display personal information screen. 
  2. When a doctor selects back from the personal information screen, the system must display the create an account landing screen.
  3. Layout for the personal information screen must reflect the UI screen mockup.

Story Name: Enter Doctor Personal Information
Story Narrative: As a Doctor, I would like to enter my personal information, to complete the account setup.

Acceptance Criteria:
  1. The system must display fields to enter personal information with option to go back and continue.
  2. Personal Information fields must include:First Name (Required), Middle Initial (optional), Last Name (Required), Doctor ID (Required).
  3. When a doctor enters invalid field information the system must display the following error messages: First Name –“Please enter a valid first name”, Last Name –“Please enter a valid last name”, Doctor ID- “What you entered is invalid.” Your Doctor ID must be in the format of: AB1234567, 123456789 or 1234567890), and “This Doctor ID is already in use. Please enter a unique Doctor ID.”
  4. Field Layout for the personal information screen must reflect the UI screen mockup.
